Mygirldress.com is an online store only. Since we are an online only business, we are able to offer our merchandise to our customers at extremely competitive prices, compared to most traditional bridal shops and chain stores.

Stock availability
80% of our advertised items are in stock. If we do not have the item you requested in stock, we will contact you within 48 business hours. Please check the availability of the item(s) in question on the product information page.
Delivery time
Compare us with other online merchants and you will be surprised with our fast and efficient shipping and delivering times. Typically, it will take less than 2 weeks to receive your package with the standard shipping option. It usually takes 2-3 business days to process the order. It will be delivered within 7-10 business days once it ships. Please make sure check the availability for the item that you are interested
since the shipping method (overnight, express, rush delivery) does not affect the order fulfillment time frame.
Can you do alterations?
Unfortunately, we do not provide alteration services. An experienced seamstress/alteration store near you can provide you with necessary alterations.
Can you ship my order faster if I pay for rush or express delivery?
Yes. You can expedite your order by upgrading your shipping method to Rush, Express or night delivery. However, due to the manufacturing capacity, it will take 2-3 weeks to fulfill your order from the date of purchase. Please ensure that you have sufficient amount of time before place your order.
The shipping method (overnight, express, rush delivery) does not affect the order fulfillment time frame.
Fit and measurements
Please use a measuring tape to obtain the person's size and compare the measurement with our convenient size chart. However, please keep in mind our size chart should only be utilized as a guide to give an idea of what size to order.
In addition, please remember that the sizing chart will vary by manufacturer. Please check the sizing for each item in the product info page.

What are the methods of payment?
We can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
When will my credit/ debit card be charged?
Your credit or debit card will only be authorized for the amount of the purchase at the time you place your order. This is to assure there are sufficient funds before we begin processing your order. We will charge the full purchase amount to your card once the order ships. (If we are unable to fill your order, your card will NOT be charged and you will be notified via email with the details).
My item is flawed or incorrect, what should I do?
We carefully inspect each item that is shipped from our store to ensure it is the correct style, size, and color that you had ordered. If you have any of issues with your order, we will be happy to accept your return for refund or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days via email at customerservice@mygirldress.com so that we can resolve any issues for you as quickly as possible. Please refer to the return policy.
Can I have UPS hold my package or re-route it to a different address?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but UPS cannot guarantee shipping to a different address once the package is a route.
The dress I bought last week is on sale today, can I get the sale price?
We cannot reimburse you for previously purchased items that are presently on sale or that may go on sale in the future.
Do you have color swatches?
Unfortunately, we do not carry color swatches.
Where are your products made?
90% of the products we carry are made domestically.
How would I know when my order is shipped?
On the day your order is shipped, our automated system will send you an email with the tracking number and an estimated delivery time.
Can I get the same shade of the dresses even if they are not the same style?
If you are ordering different styles for the same wedding the color shade may not match perfectly since the fabric may be from a different manufacturer and styles.
